After being born as a child we stay close to our mother especially then gradually the physical and psychological changes start happening and we discover many things and mainly we start recognizing our likes and dislikes. During this process, while searching for the identity we go through developmental stages. We make friends and by having several self-disclosing conversations we get to know about our choices. But the identity crisis happens, when a teen gets confused while defining his or her true passion. It is important to have supportive parents so that they can come out of this situation. Sexual growth also bring bodily changes and a person starts behaving accordingly, social connection, meetups these help someone to identify their sexuality as well. Having argumentative conversations is also common as we start believing different things and we judge everything on our own. Teenagers usually argue with their mothers due to contradictory thoughts but it changes with time when certain things happen and they get more mature and realize facts. These disagreements are acceptable as they start having different opinions. Here, parents should be understanding because at this stage having strong self-esteem is a must because most of the time children due to their outer appearance get depressed. They judge themselves by that and they believe a good personality means we have to be more attractive but it lowers our self-esteem. In future it remains like that and they tend to take wrong decisions. In this way we share and eventually we grow. It's a long process but we have better surroundings and positive people we can overcome every obstacle.
