Applying the principles learnt in sub-fields of Business psychology how would you work with Human Resource to improve the workforce at any organisation of your choice?
In various ways the organization can increase the workforce of the employees:
Harmony: All the employees are imparted such notion that they are the integral part of the company. The prosperity and downfall of the company depend on them. Their harmonious activity helps to prosper the organization.
Setting goal: The goal of the company should be made clear to the employees. All the employees are encouraged to work keeping eye to the goal. All must work harmoniously so that company can easily achieve its goal.
Transparency: The organization should maintain transparency in dealing with the employees. Promotion, increment, incentive etc should be based on a particular judgment and rules.
Equality: The organization should not nourish any discrimination in the employees. All the employees are equally important to the management. Such attitude encourages the employees and workforce is increased.
Organizing training: The company must arrange training for the employees to keep them updated with the change around world. The company should take steps to improve the efficiency of the workers. It quickens the workforce.
Offering incentives: The organization should offer incentive to the employees to encourage the employees. A fixed justified rule should be followed in offering the incentives.
Entertainment: The organization should organize party or game or tour so that all can gather and enjoy the moment. It increases the relationship among the employees and in such gathering the discriminations are no ore.
