Answer:

When we consider any project, they are temporary & it is unique. so unique product, unique service or unique result are considered as project. It is discipline of planning, organising, securing & managing resources to bring about successful completion,If you consider the Process , it is not unique, industry involved in process, they performing task which are repetitive. for example assembly line, food industry, phones. in this lot of service required which is also repetitive. Where as project is unique consider the example of reserch development of product. It is project because it is single activity having definite time frame & budget. The example like bridge over river, software developmen, developement rocket is the project. Any new product comes out to be project mode then goes into process mode. for example installing the plant & assembly line is the project after successful installation, manufacturing start so it is process.

Project are unique interms of thier problem also. for example the some company expert in metro projects & had done various project across the country but the doing the metro project in Mumbai & doing in the hydrabad are two different thing. though the Project is same, technology is same but the problem of the both territory, issue related to land, clearances, goverment parties, stakeholder are different. so experiance of managing the project is different every time. Project are for certain time frame. every project has scope, budget, delivery time. this three are prerequisite for the activity to be called as a project. consider the construction of bridge over the river, so there is definite scope given by the client involving every aspect of technologic, manpower, machinery & other requirement, It has a certain budget under which client given the project to contractor & last one is the certain time frame suppose 2 years. so it is necessary to complete the project within the two years otherwise their will be penalty. so it is also important to manage the project effectively.

Project Scope is clear identification of work that required to be complete in specified time frame. It is very important field identifying the need for the project, understand the objectives of the project, task required to be carried out, resources requirement & schedule of project means when to start & when to end. Identification of milestone etc. These are basic thing can be considered to define project scope during the planning phase.

The good knowhow of Project mangement principles & process (PMP), Abiltiy to prioritize the work means one should have good organisational skill, self starter & good analytical & estimation skill are required for successful project management.

Project management involves various functions that enable smooth and organized project execution. Project monitoring and control is the process group that involves the tracking of project progress to acknowledge the deviation in project plan. A project plan is the basis for monitoring activities, conveying status, and making remedial move.Project monitoring and control enables timely corrective actions to be taken when performance deviates significantly from the plan
