Solutions

Expert Solution

Project management will see a very definite set of challenges or constraints. These are ,

1) Cost

2) Scope and

3) Time

As we know that every project has some budgetary constraints. This budget will directly influence the scope of the project activities or milestones. Any unspecified scope will lead to increased time or work beyond the specific work schedule which will return in cost overrun and time overruns. Hence , we can say that all these three elements are interrelated to each other.

I believe that every successful project manager must understand these constraints in the project work. It will give him an idea about how to overcome or avoid any delay in the timely completion of the project milestones. If , a project manager will not understand the cost and associated social benefits, scheduling techniques and defining the scope under certain constraints until he will not become successful in managing efficiently and effectively the project work.
