Organizational behaviour is the study of human behaviour within groups. It is influenced by a variety of factors like organization structure, policies, procedures and interaction among colleagues. All these factors can influence business environment and inspire employees to contribute more.
Management techniques are effective methods that helps in managing employees at workplace. Organizational behaviour influences the building of a strong workforce. Building a strong workforce implies that you have to judge the employee's behaviour before you hire them. Then after hiring place a monitoring system to record employee development and progress. Arrange weekly meetings to know employees' progress. In this way employees' behaviour will be polished and their productivity will also increase.
Secondly, organizational behaviour influences the growth of the company. Growth means, there may be an increase in revenue, increase in employee size, increase in business locations or may be a bunch of three items. It is the way by which employees deal with their colleagues and company determines the growth of the company. If employees are well behaved and dedicated to their work, then it will be a good sign for the company and its development.
