A) 1) I) Appropriate Reorientation strategy has to be made. Ii) Proper care has to be taken so that the patient can get access to his hearing aids and glasses. iii) A call bell should be there with the patient. Iv) Patietns personal items should be kept with them v)Education has to be given to the patient and his family about the risk of falling.
2) Muscles usually become too rigid as a person ages and it looses its tone even if a person does regular exercise. The bones also become too weak with the age and easily breaks.
3) Management of a) OSTEOPOROSIS:- Bisphosphonates should be given as first line medications. Proper exercise such as walking should be done.
B) RA:--Nsaids, steroids, Dmards, Biological agents.
C) Gout:- nsaids, colchicine, uricosuric drugs, allopurinolallopurinol, corticosteroids.
D) Osteoarthritis:- medications such as nsaids, exercise, intermittent hot and cold packs.
B)1) Peptic Ulcer, Gastric Carcinoma, Gastroesophageal reflux.
2) Lots of water, low fat diet, diets containing high amount of fibers, green leafy vegetables.
3) make a proper diet plan after consulting with dietician, educate the patients to not lie down after taking food and to not eat snacks at late nightnight, monitor the patients response to therapy and vital signs if surgery occured.
