describe a time when you had to use attribute analyis in the field. were you aware of the different analytic tools that you could use? would you do anything different?

There has been various instances in my professional career where attribute analysis has been used in order to understand how the product works or how the quality of the product can be determined and how the product can pass all the quality parameters specified by the client. My organization was involved in manufacturing of spare parts of the construction vehicles and we received an order from a new client and the order was quite huge along with quality specified that the products should possess. We manufactured the products and sent sample to the client for acceptance testing and the product was right away rejected stating that it lacks the quality parameters. We conducted attribute analysis for the product and observed that everything is fine like the size, weight, height, thrust required, etc. the analysis made us aware of the product in more details and aster having a face to face testing with the client got to know that the client was actually making a mistake while testing and that is the reason the product failed. The client accepted and agreed, I feel that here was nothing we could have differently, rather this actually helped us in our venture to be accepted by the client.
