big companies or the international player of the market has huge HR team and they need to maintain the planning of there company at the different level. differences among the countries can affect adversely to the company in the international market.
for Example, MacDonald in India used you have a great share in Ithe Indian market for a very long time.while coming to India they adopted the culture of India in there food and snacks as they can attract Indian people. there planning and presentation to India were different from the other countries. but in 207 due to some Indian policies and nonrenual of license they have to face revocation of there branches. nd this lead to huge downfall. such planning and care has to be taken by the company.
