Human Resources is an important function in the management which is entrusted with managing people of the organization which is vital resource for successfully completion of duties and objective.Multinational companies having operation and presence in different countries are increasing significantly thanks to globalization and ease of doing business in all over the world.This has increase the scope of international assignments in the organization. It is the HR dept which is responsible for deciding whom to send which place and the related activities of the expatriate.In international assignment,values to HR is much more.It infuse the blood to the HR department which otherwise regarded as non-productive department and folks having no work.International assignment is one of the area which make the function of HR, dynamic and intelligent. When something provide value it comes with liability too.It is difficult to call someone from international assignment due to non-performance and misfit in the situation.
