Medical errors in healthcare are unavoidable when the patient is in ongoing clinical intervention. It may not be happened due to negligence. for instance allergic reaction caused as a result of administration of antibiotic.
If the patient history doesn't reveals priorly that he or she is allergic to particular drug, physician may not able to find that until he comes to know from adverse reactions. it is a medical error. even if the history clearly reveals about the allergic drugs still they have administered it is a act of negligence.
