(a) Misleading factual infromation -Marketing of aerated sugar laden soft drinks as energy giving health beneficial drinks.
(b) Making Claims which have hardly any basis -Marketing of proprietary foods by saying that your child will grow more than others if he / she consumes it.
(c) Fluorishing by giving false impression of benefits - Fairness creams that claim fairness within six weeks.
(d) Targetting impressionable audience - Growing their business through gullible and immature audience ( Persuading childrein to buy a new expensive item which has little value)
2. Social responsibility is the act of giving it back by a company which operates within that society in some form or other with an intention of upliftment of socio economic level and state of well being of the people.
Social responsibility can be fulfilled by
(a) constructing healthcare or education facility in the region where company operates.
(b) Building sustainable business models by promoting entrepreneurship.
(c) Formation of collaborative supply chains by promoting the producction of local products and buying it back to help the communities.
(d) Empowering women by helping them to become self sufficient through small contributions.
