1. In recent times, company's not only think about producing a well grounded product and maximizing their profits but also incorporating environment safeties and social concerns defining as Corporate Social Responsibility shortly CSR.
2. Dow Jones in 1999, prepared a list of companies annually for which sustainability is significant as it's a way in which resources are effectively used and preserved by being responsible for the environment in the long run.
3. Without CSR, the environment would definitely be affected by depletion of natural resources and thereby reducing the quality of life. The employer-employee relationship is also strengthened by paying fair wages to the employee towards their concern of the company and it's CSR.
4. With CSR comes the cost, revenue and growth aspects of the company which ultimately leads to sustainable economic system. It's handling corporate operations with respective to stakeholders ethics and values.
5. Triple bottom line for this phenomenon is People, Profits and Planet in explaining CSR in short. Economic arguments include why CSR is important in company's strategy in successful operations in the economy now-a-days.
