Organizational culture defiend as the beliefs ,assumptions ,values and ways of interacting that contribute to the unique social and psychological environment of an organization.

The organizational culture affects the way people and groups interact with each other, with clients and also stockholders etc..

1)TOP LEVEL MANAGEMENT POLICIES:-

Todays business scinario, every top level managers try to impliment the values and philosophies of that leaders to their empliyees and reflect in their behaviour .

2)-NATURE OF THE BUSINESS

Nature of the business will also afect the culture of the business .Becuase the vision mission and market and operational structure of an organization have an impact on an employees behaviour

If the organization make a meaningful difference through their products and services .

3)-RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS:-

As far as this facts refers, if a company hired a new employee will disclose their cultures and behaviours, especialy when a company is in high growth mode will only select such suited person for the growth trend
