Solutions

Expert Solution

Hiring salespeople based on the personalities of the customers would offer following pros but some cons would also follow :

Pros :

1. Basing the customer's traits to find the suitable salespeople is the first correct step to ensure that salespeople can understand what they are required to do which would result in happy customers and more sales.

2. When salespeople are chosen, their backgrounds, cultures etc are also studied and candidates with similar backgrounds to customers are selected which means efficient communication, improved reputation and increased sales.

Cons :

1. Costs of hiring suitable candidates and then incorporating in them the culture of the company comes as a con when compared to other salespeople.

2. An employee or salesperson has to work for the company at the end of the day, giving customer's personalities too much importance may result in hindrances that may prevent an employee from understanding the company's culture and way of working.
