  • The most annoying part about it is that it's all over my face. If I feeling sad, angry, upset or even if m slightly worried, it's going to be all over my face. At times, or besides mostly people think that I might be expressing it intentionally. But no, there are times when I want to hide what I feel or not let people exactly know what's going on with me.
  • I haven't clearly figured out that what exactly works during these situations. It gets extremely difficult to take control of that rush and anger or even anxiety to go away. Only until it has touched that point where the regrets begin.
  • Here are a few things which help me over come a bad mood:
  • When I experience bad mood I usually isolate myself and avoid confronting people, with the fear of if I say something bad to someone and regret it later.
  • Call up a friend. See who is in the right mood to bring you back in the rhythm. Someone in front of whom you can swear your heart out. A true friend who won't misguide you and instead would help you think straight.
  • Chocolate also helps sometimes.Trust me it helps releasing some new hormones in your brain that help distracting your mind.
  • These strategies do provide temporary relief, since we all are on the edge most of the times because of the stresses and our life styles. So,recently I decided to take up the help of a counselor for learning new strategies to provide long term effects to deal with my bad mood.
