1. A new entrance road to the pump station will be constructed using crushed stone. The road is 675’ long, 27’ wide, and 18” thick. The road will be constructed using a dozer and self-propelled tamping foot roller. The dozer has a power-shit transmission and a rated blade capacity of 6 LCY and pushing a distance of 100 feet per cycle. Maximum reverse speed is 4 MPH. It will spread the rock in 6” lifts. The compactor will follow each spreading lift with 3 passes. The compactor width is 6 feet and speed per pass is 1.5 MPH. Job efficiency is assumed to be 50 minutes per hour for both operations. How much crushed stone (rock) is required? (LCY) How long will it take to spread the rock? (Hours) How long should it take to compact the rock?(Hours)
idk we werent given that info
