Answers :-

1A)40 mg Chlorpromazine has been advised to be given every 4 hours(q4h) as per needed(prn).

we have 25mg/ml labelled bottle. In 4 hours therefore, 40/25ml has to be given i.e. 1.6ml.

1B)Enoxaparin 40mg to be given subcutaneously(SQ).Syringe contains 120mg in 0.8ml.So 120mg present in 0.8ml,1mg in 0.8/120ml,So 40mg is present in (0.8/120)x40ml or 0.8/3 i.e 0.26ml.So ,0.26 ml to be injected.
