  • It determines how easy is the access to Healthcare services when a need arises.
  • It indicates that how long a patient has to put in waiting to avail the treatment

Quality

Meaning, how effectively the care is given at the right time at the right patient.it is usually difficult to get a low cost service with a high quality treatment.
