•Young children's nutrient needs- Nutritional need of children are concerned issue to make good growth and development and prevent any disease .so, the diet of the children need to make up of the good nutritive value, which are
•Protien- Protein work as a building block in the growth and development of the children.
•Carbohydrates- Carbohydrates are necessary to provide energy for daily activities.
•Fat- Fat is also a good source of energy with carbohydrates.
•Calcium and Vitamin D- Calcium and vitamin D are necessary to the healthy bone and teeth of children.
•Vitamin C- Vitamin C helps in the healthy bones snd teeth, healthy blood vessels and helps to prevent some type of infection.
•Fiber- Fiber is also an important part of children's diet to prevent the same type of disease, to reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer in children.
•Folate- Folate is also necessary for children to prevent some deficiency and healthy growth and development.
•Iron- iron is also an important part of children's diet to prevent iron deficiency anemia in children.

•Iron deficiency - Iron deficiency is a major problem Of children which causes iron deficiency anemia in children. A healthy balanced diet can prevent iron deficiency anemia.

•Protien energy malnutrition - Protein-energy malnutrition is caused by due lack of intake of protein .whivh causes the two types of disorder. which are Kwashiorkor(protein malnutrition predominant ), Marasmus(deficiency in calorie intake).
