Social media is the channel of computer-mediated technologies wherein we can share and create information, ideas and other interests which are important and relevant to a community or the public in general or any group of people. Social media play a very important feature in our lives as we can share, express and facilitate any reactions by sharing them on the social media. WE can thus everyday social stuff on the social media and get to learn a lot of things, and also share our views on all the things and also post things on the social media. Thus social media makes the Internet our family where we can share and update relevant details about our daily life and events.

Yes, I am aware of the social media policies of the organization I work in wherein the use of social media is enabled for employees such as access to Facebook. Employees are restricted to share confidential information and share confidential documents on the social media, doing so there will be actions which can even lead to termination. Thus there are restrictions when you are using social media on your personal devices as phone, or even your computer at the school or college or workplace, and that kind of restrictions should be there.

Yes, social media can be used to resolve problems about many social things and events where in people can come together online on the social networking front and can share their view or oppose the decisions of government or services provided by companies. These were examples, but social media can be literally used for anything, attacking someone to helping someone. Thus yes, we opposed the company's low hike for annual year salary increments on the social network. Social network can come together also when participating in a cause for anything where in the public demands were not made, if you are happy or also unhappy with something.

Social Media impacts your personal and professional communications in every way. For me, yes it has made me a pretty good communicator to people who see my tweets and posts on Facebook and react to them. Also, I have understood that how to grab the attention of the people and my friends with my posts and thus this has made me a better writer and a good communicator which has helped me in my professional as well as my personal front. In a simple way the more you are on social media and sharing things you'll learn more about communications on the platform.
