Solutions

Expert Solution

The ways by which a teacher can use language development, reading development, writing, listening, speaking and presenting in their professional practice are:

  • Giving maximum exposure of language so that they can develop these skills.
  • Having quality active interactions with students in the language in which these skills are to be developed.
  • Giving tasks and assignments that would develop critical thinking regarding use of language in students.
  • Periodic assessment of students.
  • Connecting language use with their daily activities, for example, asking them to write about their favorite color or to ask8 them to speak about it.

To develop the skills in any language the key point is it's usage. More a language is used qualitatively with enriching vocabulary and usage of proper grammatical rules, the more the students would develop the language skills. Teacher should think out creative ways to keep the interests of their students while doing so.
