1) Modes of communication like email writing or writing on forums can be quite challenging as compared to conventional modes of communication like talking. Focused communication can be achieved through writing as well. This can be achieved by adhering to a few rules like writing to the point, using a decorative language, being precise, using interesting examples or scenario and making a connection with the reader through a few sentences.

2) Creating a professional image is required while calling, emailing or posting in the forum because it is quite difficult to create an image through these means than it is through direct meeting. When communication is done directly, professional image can be easily created through body language. But while communicating via email or phone, the other person can't judge our body language. Hence it is more important to create a professional image through choice of words or tomne of speaking.

3) A few requirements that will be beneficial are: choosing words properly and effectively while communicating, being precise in conveying the matter, maintaining a proper tone, showing the right attitude. These attributes will be very much beneficial in professional and academic growth.
