Interactive smart materials like nano emulsions, anti caking agents, nano capsules of aromas are such examples which brought granule level food preserving, coloring upgrdation to the existence.
The materials like nano silver, nano titanium, nano zinc, nano silica became highly influential in additing life, odour to the food materials, so in general any of these materials present in excess to the prescibed can be highly fatal to the end consumers, so the safet assessment standards needed a refined upgradation to the already existed processes for the betterment of the consumers.
