Most importantly supervisor should stand tall during hard situations, like a true leader. He should be good at problem solving and critical thinking must also be present in him and he should be good at time management and able to work under different circumstances. He should know how to be disciplined and effective towards there work.

E learning can be used from anywhere in the world with better connectivity of internet but physical presence is not possible.

  1. E learning can be used at any time but in physical presence you had to be present at the spot. E learning may not be that effective because classroom concentration is not possible. Ans.4 I would like to use following techniques to solve these issues firstly we should give our employees proper knowledge about the product and learn better about the product and after that i would make them aware how to deal with the customer and give them convincing knowledge about the product. In this way the training which was given about the product to our employees will be beneficial for them. The ultimately consumer satisfaction will be our ultimate goal and priority.
