At the end of the day we all are working for the good of a patient. .

Yes one might not have time to help, working together means sharing the load, helping someone at the time of need.

We should avoud gossiping, and talkin negative about each other. it creates differences among us.

Gossiping about co workers can also have a negative effect on the patient.

whener needed we should ask for advices, because everyone is good at something and not good at another.
