What role do you think the corporate environment and/or the corporate culture plays in establishing a great leader and how does it play into employee morale?
Organizational culture is more of a belief which guides every employee in terms their understanding of what is a good act or bad act, what task to be carried and which is not. It consists of values, processes, practices and most importantly assumptions related to work. The core value for an organization is the strength of leadership exist and this in turn result into the leadership style. Employees are led by the behavior of leaders and vice versa. It is important that the leader should appreciate related function so as to maintain an healthy organizational culture. This offers many opportunities for leaders to think through and reduce conflicts and create health work conditions for the employee. Supportive organizational culture helps leaders to share value with the balance of power to the employees. It offers an open dialogue for employees. This in turn raises the employee job satisfaction and morale. Thus, a strong culture offers shared assumptions, related values and belief. It gives confidence to employees to achieve their goals and objectives.
