We need to define what is important for us, what we need to achieve, what are the important strength already you have and how to make use of it to achieve the objectives. what are the things you need to improve and develop with the time. When you are fixing your mind to do something new that is usually not finished by overnight. That is the reason you need to get prepared for the plan, it will take time before it get realized. Creating opportunity for the professional growth is not depends on others, everything is in your hand. if you make up your mind in correct way then you can do it.

the professional development consists of keen observation and monitoring skill as well as the good education. it also include training session or graduate sessions or seeking the help from the mentors in orders to observe how others are handling the conflict situations.
