Assuming ours is a thermal energy company ABC Thermal Inc., following is the policy statement on ABC Thermal Inc.'s views on conservation of natural resources:

ABC Thermal Inc. is fully committed to meeting it's customers' energy needs and carrying out it's activities in an environmentally responsible manner. We consider it our duty to to carry out all activities in a manner that minimizes environmental impacts and promotes conservation of natural resources. We are committed to make conservation of natural resources an integral core value and vital part of our culture by:

Environmental compliance and accountability

• Integrating environmental considerations into work practices at all levels
• Informing employees and associates of applicable environmental regulations and requirements
• Providing the resources necessary for employees and associates to conduct their work in accordance with applicable environmental regulations
• Developing conservation goals and targets relevant to our operations and taking actions to achieve those goals and targets
• Operating in a way that respects the land and natural resources
• Promoting the effective use of innovative environmental technologies and practices

Communication and partnerships;

We will communicate and build partnerships with local communities, stakeholders and customers on environmental issues important to them. We will work along with government agencies to frame laws regarding conservation of natural resources.
