1. Acme electronics could set up a reward system for employees who have ideas, such as mandy. My former employer , intel had a great reward system for the employees who came up with new ideas for the company. no matter how big or small the ideas were. the reward system was not a cash bonus, but company stock. I felt this was betetter because the more your ideas helped company , it could reflect in the stock market. they also had a clause that did not allow the employees to share any information of the idea, or even work for their competitors for a minimum of three year after leaving intel. the consequences of not fostering intraprenurship could reasult in an employee becoming competitor , and loss of the employee who probably feels rejected.

2. First mand needs to do an apportunity analysis. this will provide: a description of her idea, analysis of her opportunities, a self assesment, specific on what is needed to turn her idea into a viable business and capital resources. she should also ask a question : what market need does my idea fill, what personal observation have i experienced or recorded with regard to that market need, what competition in exist in the market, where is the money to be made in this activity.

3. Following are three nonfinancial resources likely to be important for the future of scrollco-------------

ligitmacy------she needs to establish goals and methods that are consistent with social value.

network/social capital--------her experience at acme electronics will give her and advantage on how her company is viewed by the public.

advisory board------------------------getting an advisory board of experienced people will greatly benefit her company by providing information in areas that she may not be well versed in.
