ORGANIC FARMING
Agricultural system that uses ecologically based pest control and biological fertilizers derived largely from animal and plant wastes and nitrogen fixing cover crops
Organic farming is the right choice according to my opinion. Because compared with conventional agriculture, organic farming uses fewer pesticides, reduces soil erosion, decreases nitrate leaching into ground water and surface water and recycles animal waste back into the farm.
Organic farming is a technique which involves the cultivation of plants and rearing of animals in natural ways. This process involves the use of biological materials, avoiding synthetic substances to maintain soil fertility and ecological balance thereby minimizing pollution and wastage.
CONVENTIONAL FARMING
Conventional farming also refers to as industrial agriculture refers to farming system which includes the use of synthetic chemical fertilizers , pesticides, herbicides etc.
The essential difference between organic and conventional farming is that conventional farming relies on chemical intervention to fight pests and weeds and provide plant nutrition .
Organic farming relies relies on the natural principle like biodiversity and composting instead to produce healthy, abundant food.
