  • Amazon supply chain was effective and it was the key reason for success of the Amazon, as their supply did not stopped.

  • Amazon was able to achieve consumer interest and able to deliver the consumer requirements at better cheaper and faster ways.

  • Amazon was able to package in profitable way so that Amazon could be able to generate profit and able to give value to consumers as well.

Amazon’s First Mover's Advantage factor into their ubiquity that it helped them to provide the new concept in the world market and the concept was so good that people gets the benefits. The marketing for Amazon was so great that it created the influencial model for the consumers.

Amazon took couple of years to get into profitable category. No Amazon is a big brand and high profit earning online organization. It had earned a lot of wealth for its investors and is expanding its business in large segments. Now Amazon is willing to expand in other businesses like cloud computing so that they can help their online business in larger way and they could develop the technology so that their online business will be well supported.

Now Amazon would like to improve their deliveries by drone technology so that they can further improves their delivery approach. Amazon can explore the travel market, so that they can expand their online capabilities in travel business.

Amazon recently announced its acquisition of Whole Foods Market. The press release was very brief and short. It just released the professional update in the press release. This is another move for Amazon expansion.

For this assignment we're going to make another calculator. This one will be a simple four function (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) calculator, but it will have state. Specifically, the calculator will keep track of the result of the most recent operation and use that value as the first operand for the next operation. Take a look at the sample output below if this doesn't quite make sense. Your new calculator class should have the following fields and methods: fields:...

One of the topics we're focusing on this week is the Principal-Agent problem, or how when you hire someone to work for you (such as an owner hiring a manager or a manager hiring an employee) the incentives of the agent are often not the same as the principal, which may cause them to "misbehave" or "cheat" the system. For your first post in this discussion, think of and share an example of when you saw or experienced something like...

Do it in python please This lesson's Group Activities are: We're going to take the Group Activity from last week and tweak it. Instead of storing the random numbers in a list, we're going to store them in a file. Write a program using functions and mainline logic which prompts the user to enter a number, then generates that number of random integers and stores them in a file. It should then display the following data to back to the...

Hangman We're going to write a game of hangman. Don't worry, this assignment is not nearly as difficult as it may appear. The way hangman works (for this assignment - we are doing a simplified game) is as follows: the computer will choose a word. (For this version, a word is selected from a static list encoded into the program -- so the words are pretty limited). Let's say the word is "cocoa". the computer shows the user how many...

You are going to use your makeHistogram() in the following sub-tasks. In fact, you're welcome to include any function you...

One area worth discussing is how quickly a trivial social media post can become a very loud voice of the company. How do you think a crisis management plan related to social media could have been developed beforehand to save some of these companies from their mistakes. Are companies investing enough in talented and trained staff members to manage their social media presence? Have you seen other corporate social media blunders that we have not yet discussed in class?
