To describe the following question we have to first know what emotion,moods,positive and negative affectivity means and how it is related to job satisfaction and how it helps for future measurement .So lets start the discussion.

  • EMOTION: Any certain feelings derived from our conscious state of mind for contentment or satisfaction which can be extensive or low depending upon the person or situation is known as Emotion.

EMOTION WITH RELATION TO JOB SATISFACTION: Some jobs have too work load on employees which requires a tremendous amount of focusing on work and a high level of emotion sometimes those work pressure may lead to resignation of employee. So a stable emotion is required in any work field which will determine the satisfactory level of a person.

HOW EMOTION HELP FOR FUTURE MEASUREMENT: Having a stable emotion towards the work load helps to icrease the thinking power, relaxation , better way for tackling the problem as well as a healthy environment which will further help you for gaining promotion, a good image and settled happy life.

  • MOODS: Any temporary changes in behaviour for any external or internal source which may be both good and bad is known as mood.

MOODS WITH RELATION TO JOB SATISFACTION: Moods plays a key role in job satisfaction and it differs from that of emotion moods are not constant but they can be long lasting depending upon the person or according to the environment surrounding the person and they are less intense . A good mood will results in a good output whereas a bad mood will have a intense effect on job it depends on both outward and inward receiving stimuli.

HOW MOODS HELP FOR FUTURE MEASUREMENT: Changing or swings of mood entirely depend upon the person and his/her way of receiving it having a stable control will help for gaining promotion, a good image and settled happy life.

  • POSTIVE AFFICTIVITY: A trait which resembles positivity, enthusiasm and happiness.

POSITIVE AFFICTIVITY WITH RELATION TO JOB SATISFACTION: Having a postitive attitude towards the nature of task and work load will bring a good stabilization for employees and person will feel cheerful towards the work.

HOW POSITIVE AFFICTIVITY HELP FOR FUTURE MEASUREMENT: positive affectivity will enrich the person with positive thoughts and a problem handling person which will help in job profile and perks and a job satisfaction within himself.

  • NEGATIVE AFFICTIVITY: An experience or growth of negative emotionswithin the person for any circumstances is called negative affectivity.

     NEGATIVE AFFICTIVITY WITH RELATION TO JOB SATISFACTION: The unhealthy way of tackling problems or failure of coping withthe work load may lead to negative affectivity which results in disgust,guilt,anger,nervousness ,fear .Having a unhealthy environment in job may lead to resignation from employee it may lead to irritating nature of the person towards the environment and an unstable stimuli from various source.

HOW NEGATIVE AFFICTIVITY HELP FOR FUTURE MEASUREMENT: It will never help for future   measurement but negative way towards the drawback of job satisfaction may bring good fortune to persons. Having a nervous or fear state in mind will degrade the quality of work which will only result in failure so better way is to maintain a positive affectivity or negative affectivity towards the negative task for self pupose and contentment.
