Detecting and Prevention of white collar crimes:
1. Continuous calls from the customer to the employee which indicates a chance of bribery taking place by the employee which should be immediately sorted out
2. Transaction of the business which are not completely explained are to be immediately made to explained by the concerned person.
3. Some transactions of the business and behavioral aspects of the employee are untimely i.e some happens in non working hours. These aspects are to be taken care and prevented as early as possible.
4. The employer should explain the consequences of the white collar crimes to the employees in a timely manner
5. Preventing as early as possible before the crime takes place is a major and a difficult thing but should be done as far as possible in order to avoid huge losses to the company in the near future.
