The staffing function seems to be a important function of HRM for an organization to successfully recruit good and talented individuals to fill in the necessary jobs, the most other important function of HRM is maintenance because once an organization has hired competent productive employees, it is essential to the well being of the company to retain that talent.

The most important hurdles to effective HR management are
cross-cultural adaptation, different workforce values, differences
in management style, and management turnover, this include
legal and political factors as In some countries,
laws address issues such as employment discrimination and sexual
harassment and because of religious or ethical differences,
employment discrimination may be an accepted practice.

Ethics is doing the right thing at a right time Ethical behaviour and cSR bring benefits to a organization.ex:, they may Attract customers to the firm’s products, which means boosting sales and profits, attracting more employees for wiling to work for the organization etc. and making them to follow the rules and regulations of the organization. Unethical behaviour is nothing but violating rules and regulations and behaving badly in organization,selling the official reports to other organizations etc.
Explain how HRM practices differ in small businesses and in international setting? compare with examples?
The Human Resource Management deals about the area of hiring people, retaining them in the company,their incentives , their queries and act as a intermediator between the individual and the organization. International HRM is the management of employees in three country ie parent country, host country and third country. I HRM balances between the need of control and the coordinator of foreign subsidaries. Hrm doesnt deal with cultural difference as much people are local and in IHRM has to deal with different multi cultural environments.
