Conscious Capitalism - Bikes Simulation I am sure individually each of you are happy/unhappy about the performance on certain measure(s) (net profit, market share, balanced scorecard, cumulative balanced scorecard, revenue, expense, cost, etc) of your team/company.  Individually identify the performance criteria on which your company is performing below expectation and on which it's performing above expectation. Also, provide reasons for each of them. Next, describe if you personally could have done anything to help the performance. (Also, your response needs to be at least 3 paragraphs)

Any company big or small, old or new has a growth face .Initially to start there are lot of Investments ,growth costs, employee costs and then after some time maybe depending on the company ,it reaches the normal stage the break-even state whether the company breaks even. From there the company starts in the profit zone. So talking about my company, it is initially in the growing face but still I see lot of things that can be improved in that

My company is currently in the growing phase, lot of investments are being made under the development phase. It is performing bad on the Net profits- has huge net losses. A big reason to this is the understandable spending on unnecessary costs like Monthly meetings under huge budget costs, uncalled for Travel expenses for all employees, quarterly huge spening budget parties, huge vendor costs

Me, along with my team, have worked on to reduce the costs. Measures like: limiting monthly meetings to bi-monthly making them a big longer to cover all topics, selected members from each team to curb travel expenses, limiting budget of quarterl parties have not only reduced costs but better results as well
