Why select this mechnism= AT&T has adopted the inter-organizational linkage on the basis of the resource dependence theory that includes the corporate ownership elements to have the better management of the external resources and limitations particularly in those situations when there is an increased transaction between the trading partners that results in increased interdependence.
Selecting the most suitable mechnims= Yes, the company has selected the most suitable mechanism as this mechanism facilitates the positive association and relationship among the inter-industry corporate accountability relationship and the level to which the inter-industry input-output transactions are managed.
