Summary

Technology is ‘power’ which can make anything easier today. Technology is ‘Magic’ which can change anything possible. Technology is the bye product of innovations and research. So technology or technical know how should possess high level of ethics. Technology should be a moral tool but should not be unethical , should not be against to society or social systems, human lives etc. This article focused on connection between humans and technology. It discussed that human body and organs are very sensitive when compared to radiation effect of ringtones, sms tones, other sound effects which effects neurons. It suggested that companies should consider this as it is their social responsibility of business to design products with care. People are fighting for many things like protection of their rights, demands in the society but they are unaware of this technology impact on their body.

Now-a-days technology becomes the integral part of human life. Technology comes under the necessities of life. Technological consciousness is very essential at individual level, organizational level, social level. Every aspect in human life is connected with technology. Thus it requires ethical standards. Here it is discussing techno ethics for humans as people are using , working , living with technology. Technology is dynamic in nature. Continuous learning is emerged with the effect of technological innovations. Techno ethics are crucial to protect humans while using technology. The impact of technology on human body is invisible but the effect causes serious health issues. Even organizations should take care of their employees who are working with technology. It is an important ethic of management. Implementation of new technologies at work place require organizational techno ethics. Integration of human skill and technology is today’s working environment. Such technology slowly effects human body and mind and finally it makes human body and mind sluggish. It is an important issue to be considered by an organization for the sake of an employee as it is also part of organizational ethics.

Techno ethics is the new challenge to every management system or organization. We can rule technology but technology should not rule us. Thus we need the best law, policy for the protection against technology. People must aware that it is also our right and we fight for this. We all need techno echo friendly working climate with ethics. The relationship between technology and man should be fictitious only to do some kind of task but it should not be mingled with his personal life.
