Right to work laws are the laws made for the employees for the freedom of joining a union or not and paying for the union fees and dues. Also known as workplace freedom this law states that no employee can be forced to join the union by any representative or bound to any contractual agreement by the employer. They have the liberty or freedom to join or not to join and participate in the activities of such unions. Also, the unions require a certain amount of fees for the union representation and other functions. The employees are not bound to contribute in any such payments even if they are working in the unionized organization.

Right to work laws gives the liberty to the employees to work without paying the dues and joining the unions. In this case, the unions do not stop from serving the members or protecting their rights. And the rights provided are equal for all employees. But the fees to be paid for the same is a choice for the employees. This makes the monopoly and dictatorship of unions fade and preventing them from gaining political advantages to the few top authorities. Employment policies are more transparent and flexible. The employees get an opportunity to decide their role in the union members themselves and are not forced for the same by the union representatives or the employers. The employees are also able to get their full remuneration as per fixed in their contracts and no amount is deducted for such union payments.

The law favours the employees the most. It gives the employees a bargaining power based on the liberty to make choice for their participation in the unions. They also get all the benefits that the union fight for and don't have to pay or participate for such union activities. This gives employees the most benefit in the organization. The unions bargaining power decreases as the union executives cannot be involved in securing the donations for campaigns and benefitting from it. With limited resources, these unions are forced to work for the employee rights rather than involving in political activities. Thus the right to work laws focus on growth in the right direction and through right procedures, keeping the freedom and rights of the employees a priority.
