Tripartite Model of Personal Identity explains that there are different cases in which the individuality of a person is compared to another based on three different levels which are:-

1. Individual level: where all the individuals are distinct from all the other individuals in a givem setting.

2. Group level: where some individuals are like some other individuals in a given setting.

3. Universal lebel: where all the individuals are similar to all the other individuals in a given setting.

The respectful model states that the identification of an individual can be based upon values which are:-

1. Religion.

2. Economics.

3. Sexual identity.

4. Psychological development.

5. Ethnicity.

6. Chronological challenges.

7. Threats to well being.

8. Family history.

9. Unique physical characteristics.

10. Language.

The RESPECTFUL Model - The sole purpose to develop the RESPECTFUL model was to acknowledge the intricacy of all clients in all inclusive and holistic way. It includes ten distinct components that effects psychological development as well as the sense of personal well-being of an individual.

The ten components of the RESPECTFUL model are as follows:

  1. Religious-Divine Identity: Some clients are affected by their religion through abstract experiences that reaches beyond the usual.

  2. Economic - Class Background: Class status and position effects development and identification of a client

  3. Sexual - Sexual identity effects personal development, particularly to those person who’ve been ill treated because of their sexuality which in turn lessens sense of worth of an individual.

  4. Psychological – It involves the capability of a person to retort to a situation in a suitable way according to their psychological potential and wants.

  5. Ethnic-Cultural and Racial Identity: Some people experience “within-group” dissimilarity which can impact their psychological progress..

  6. Chronological - Physical, reasoning, and emotional prowess growth influences how a person faces problems at various points in life.

  7. Trauma - When the ability to cope with Stressful situations become ineffective, it can put people at risk for psychological dangers

  8. Family - Family plays an important role in sense of ego, aspirations, and partiality in a person.

  9. Unique - People who own distinct physical features may undergo stress of discontent.

  10. Location - Depending upon the geological terrain climate patterns,, and kinds of available occupations, individuals will possess different powers and scrutiny. Being known of the of cliche and prejudices linked with people who speak a different language can be different from erroneous suppositions.
