2 Did you have the recommended mix of roles—ie was the team heavily weighted with a particular role type or were there gaps? Describe the impact this had on team effectiveness. (150 words)
With my current role, I have team members related to the mix of roles. Some team members work well in teams and have strong ideas and suggestions. Other team members are more reserved and willing to guide and complete their tasks in their own way. Other team members maybe are very experienced and can provide valuable guidance to other members and experts. The team is supervised by myself, and is responsible for providing guidance and support. Overall, I think that the team has a combination of recommended roles, different members have different ideas and suggestions, as well as roles and responsibilities. This ensure a continuous balance within the team. The team maybe have a lot of “plants” at some stages, and they try to come up with the first spark of an idea. This creates some problems in the team until the right balance is formed. Because there are too many” plants” in the team, good ideas are hided by bad ideas, and waste too much time and resources in some areas
