YES ,I agree with the argumewnt over here .The foreign policy is basically a system of activities which evolved by the different communities for chyanging the behaviour of the other states .It is for adjusting thier own activities to the international envt. The foreign policy actually throw light on the way of state changing attempt, and scceeding in chenging the behabviour of other states. The primay objective of foreign policy is to aim at changing the xisitng behaviour of states which means it is the contuining of exisitng one but differently.The very fact is that the foreign policy is like a hinge of domestic and international politics. This serves as an interesection point for domestic and international politics .The foreign policy of every state is manily influenced by the International or external and domestic or internal determinants.These factors are cosnidered which help in changing ,shaping,moulding the foreign policy.The level of influence between the domestic and the international politics determining the foreign policy of the state changes or varies from one state to another that the political envt. existing between the two states . In some states international politics play the role or in some domestic policitc are important .The main external factor determing the foreign policy of state are ; millitary strength ,aliiances, power structure , international organization,arm or race, etc.The domestic factors which constrain to achive the foreign policy are , social economic development , size of the state, political regime,public opinion,decision making rules,personality trits of political leaders which veries for each state.The domestic determines the social effects devoted to the foreign policy
