There are various laws and duties and obligations are fulfilled by the employee and employer for the peacful and efficiently work in the organisations. The following duties and obligations regarding employee towards employer and employer towards employment in the contract lf employment are discussed below:

Duties and obligations of the employers in a contract of employment:

Duite of contract and duration-employer first duty is to clearly mention all the time period and working hours in the contract of employment for the avoidance of conflict.

Duty of holiday and leaves- empliyer have must pay attention to gave leave and holiday to employee for the celebrating public holiday or uae or country's festivals

Duty of termination contract-empliyer duty have terminate the contract at the time when both the party are agrred to terminate or leave the job in a particular time period.

Fixed working hours-these also duty of employer to fixed working hours of a employee in a week that is 48 hours or 40 hours .There si fixed time related to particulat hours of job.

Duty of making policy-employer has also obliged to pay attention regarding making policy and introduced funds and bonus regarding extra workings hours.

B) dutiees of employess regarding contract of employment are as follows:

Efficient work-employee have the duty and also obliged to work in an efficient manner. It implies they produce more output with less input or less time.

Harmomious work- they work for overall development of organisation not for getting salary or bounus.

Working right- In the uae a women employee has not permit to working mire than the 10 pm to 7 pm. Pr workers have the right to fixed their time.

Sicking leave- employess duty to get sicking leave ,or any emergency leave alsp mention in the cobtract pf employ ment.

Compensation - employess duty to demand or compenssyion right are also mention in the written form in the contract of employment.

Holiday leaves- Employess hace duty to get the holidays leaves or any other leave which are declared by the uae govt.

C) legal process in dispute in uae labour law context are as follows:

If a employer does not agree with employess demand pr compensation an employee file case in the ministry of human resource and emiritisation.

An employer pr employee can file a case in a court employment related matters with in one year in accordance article 6 no .8 of 1980.

If an ammicable request does not reach after that department must submitting the request or case within court in two weeks.

In an uae, first circuit or small dispute are solving or judge through one judge pr both the parties are counter the cases as well, and decided their compensation amout with in the limited time.

In the second or major dispute three judges are appoint to resolvd conflict between the parties as according to their claims.
