Scientific is made up of two words: Science+Identification.

The word science is originated from the latin word Scientia which means knowledge. Therefore the meaning of science is to attain or to get knowledge through physical and practical world. From the part of matter to the whole universe all consist of its own science.

Identification is an biological process by the virtue of this our neuron can characterise and distinguish between things, person, smell and there is lot of thigs which human being can identify.

So, the study of science which can be characterised and set the example for understanding is known as SCIENTIFIC.

Controversy is a state of debate where the agreement and disagreement decision are took place, and generally the disagreement decision named as Controversy.

Therefore, the heated debate which is in scientific manner referred to scientific controversy.

Evidence is a block of facts and information which helps up to get the conclusion or judgement. It may be true or false.

Expertise refer to the person which is knowledgeable at a perticular field. For example doctors are expertise to look after the sick person, lawyer are expertise in the field of law. For explaining the "Role of evidence and expertise in scientific controversy" hear I take a few examples:

1.) Animals psychological theory- Lots of research had been done in the animals cognitive psychology and the research evidence shows that animals mind is also capable of learning and understanding the human action. It is just like a trained service dog which sit on your commands, and give his paw for hand shake, it is all due to the scientific approaches. But still it come on the scientific controversy because not all the expertise yet be done on all the animals.

2.) Evolution of Race and intelligency- As early in the fire and stone age man has only one way to cook the food and that is by capturing the forest fire, but as the race and intelligency inherit the IQ level of the man also increases and he knows how to light the fire with the two stones and to cook and process the food. And this evidence is find out by the expertise that in an ancient rock paintings in which they describe how they light the fire. But it is still in scientific controversy.

Thankyou!!
