Anecdotal Evidence of Weight Loss Supplements: It is evidence collected in a casual or informal manner and it completely depends on the Personal Testimony.

• The Evidence may be or may not be verified and there is no guarentee for 100% assurance
• It is Completely a Person's Personal View and it depends on the individual nature to agree or disagree to that person's view.

Scientific Evidence of Weight Loss Supplements: It is the Evidence which supports or counters a scientific theory or hypothesis

• The Evidence is Verified and the interpretation of Evidence is done with scientific method.
• The Evidence give utmost assurance sometimes nearly 100% based on the analysis.
• The Strength of this evidence is scientific controls and draw the result based on the average of all individuals participated in the study and it does not depends on single person's personal view.

According to Me,Scientific source of Evidence is trusted more because it shows the average effect of a product in a group or society which is tested under scientific controls and final result is analysed by statistical analysis.A single Person view do not effect the results in scientific evidence draws its effectiveness on a group.The Scientific evidence shows and explains the results and mechanism occuring in the body on using the product and how it leads to weight loss by proving or countering a scientific theory or hypothesis.The Scientific Evidence clearly shows the effects,Mechanism,its action in the body with proved thoeries not like anecdotal evidence which differs from person to person which is dependent on their own experience.So,Scientific Evidence is trusted more.
