What do you believe are the future trends of data management? (Please provide 1-2 paragraphs)
The most visible trends in the future tend to lean towards how flash storage architecture and capabilities can be improved in order to facilitate faster transfer speeds, a sturdier design, and more capabilities when it comes to security and green management. We will see companies moving towards software-based memory management which would make the process of duplication detection much more easier and faster, releasing the storage space for tasks that require it.
Since the data centers would keep growing, companies would make the use of growing capabilities of a cloud architecture more. If not the entire data, at least part of data for most businesses would be residing in the cloud storage while making use of all the aspects of security it would provide, it would allow the companies to free up their own resources in order to come up with better processed which can be consumed to improve the entire organization's capabilities.
