Commitment- People with stress resistant personalities are committed towards social life, with family, hobbies and also with work. They are not lazy.

Control and Challenges:People with stress resistant personalities have control in their life they make proper balance between important and necessary tasks first then enjoy. They take challenges as opportunity and as a regular part of life.

Stress producing personality:

The first trait of stress producing personality is that they are lazy and they Overthinks rather than doing a thing.

They are not efficient because they try to do several tasks at once and end up with doing nothing.

They not take rest and not allow to relax their body due to this they become more inefficient. Because their thinking and priority is on doing more work rather than doing efficient work.
