Stress is very natural and common in this ambitious world. Everyone is keen to achieve their goal and for that, they are working more to be the part fo the race. Though everyone knows that body needs good care to admire physical and mental health.
Here are some steps that must be taken to developed stress resistance personality.
1. Identify the sign of stress - One good thing about the street is that, it is easy to identify. Mood swings, bad sleep, body ache, difficulty concentrating in daily work are some of the signs of stress.
2. Spot the agents of stress - Once the sign of stress found, it is important to find the agent or the cause behind the stress. It might be related to personal or professional life. Whatever that id, there is the need to identify and find the solution.
3. Keep the positivity high - Positive attitude always works, at least it has no harm. It may play a significant role during the period of stress. Stress is more about how you see things.
4. Healthy Food - Eating well helps to recover from stress as we know that a good psyche provides extra energy and confidence. A good eating habit, less use of coffee, tea alcohol, etc give time to recover.
5. Good Sleep - Insomnia may be one of the prime causes of stress or the prime stress agent. Less sleep may reduce the thinking skill and the process of decision making. A good sleep of 7-8 hours in the night is quite beneficial for the body.
6. Physical Exercise - Exercise and outdoor physical work help to divert the mind from the cause of stress. same time it also keeps the body fit and healthy. Leaning the process of Relaxation, Meditation, Breathing effectively work in stress control.
7. Time management - Most of the time stress comes from uncompleted work. Better time management and work on time may reduce most of the cause of stress.
Though there are no steps to avoid the stress bit its intensity can be reduced at an extent by following these habits.
