Potential loss of control and unclear leadership: The technology not only reduce human efforts but also bring issues if that is not properly organized.if there is some technical issues in between work process or sudden loss of work if there is any exceptions which again waste human efforts in bringing back or rework.If there is no control over the technology the kind of work or data that is done would be lost due to unexpected circumstances or unclear leadership. Needs to start from beginning if any unexpected things happens during work process which is a big failure of technology. Due to the miscommunication or unclear command there is a chance of sending the information to the unauthorized users.
Challenges with strategic planning: If a plan or strategy is designed the security of that plan and date needs to be stored to restrict the access to the competitors. Needs to face more challenges while implementing strategies. More and more innovative and technology based trainings needs to be provided which again a big challenge for an organization.
Security and compliance risks: The main important issue with technology is its security.If the data or information is not secured properly than needs to face so many compliance risks.Sometimes the organization may fall down because of not proper use or store of data.Again its a cost consume to the organization for data loss or theft.there are number of compliance and risks that are identified in the technology the main issue from competitors they can hack the data.
Lack of social interaction to build teamwork: The more and more knowledge is required to perform well with the technology.It's not that much easy to build a team work it need more interaction.that interaton will be gained with knowledge.People failed to perform well in social interaction due to lack of knowledge in that particular field.More understanding gained with regular interaction to build teamwork.If someone is not aware of social networking than he/she failed to build a teamwork due to lack of social interaction.Understanding technology and its uses improves social interaction through which they can build a better teamwork
