Well it is quite known to us that the dogs are evolved from the wolves. The evolution is quite interesting as the wolves which were friendly to human beings and doesnot get scared of latter remained nearby to the camps. They used to consume whatever remaining has been throwned by the humans slowly they developed an friendly association with humans. Then there became two classes of wolves, one which is afraid of human beings and do often remain wildly away from them, whereas other group consists of those who were friendly and slowly they became domestic to form the dogs. Now Chihuahua is a breed of dog. As far the question is considered when a we are given a bunch of wolves, 1st we have to segregate them into groups having friendly nature and violent nature. Among the friendly groups we have to breed and rebreed considering the characteristics of Chihuahua (hair pattern, height etc). After such breeding we might get Chihuahua. Archaelogical studies have shown that Chihuahua has been a descendent of Techichi, a smaller breed of dog.

Even the smallest amounts of broth contain too many bacteria to count individually. To determine how many bacteria are in a given sample, microbiologists use a number of different methodologies including standard plate counts following serial dilutions, direct microscopic counts, determining the most probable number, using filtration followed by standard plate counts, measuring turbidity with a spectrophotometer, measuring...
