A doctor is a trained person who is responsible for making diagnosis depends up on the disease condition and study how to cure them . -compare to the nurses the doctor need to study more years to become a medical officer -Docters are responsible for the daily rounds from bed to bed to assess the patient progress The duties asigned to a doctore is different from nurses ,the doctor need to visit the patient once or twice a day for a few minutes ,they often come as a team with other doctors and medical students.

The nurse have a long conducted health promotion activity .they begin their carrier as a registered nurse ,and have responsibility to give care to the client physical as well as mental . The nurse must hold a bachelor 's degree to become a registered nurse -Nurses have the attention to the full range of human experiance and responses to health and illness without restriction to a problem focused orientation -Nurses are working in a set shift like 8,hours 10 hours and 12 hours during this period of time they where assigned to specific patients
